Bushing machine
Description
A few types of ceramic wheels have to be equipped with a central plastic ring. Abrapress bushing machine is designed for plastic hot-injection inside the hole of the wheel from above. The loading and unloading of the wheel “to be processed” and the unloading of the plastic grains are manually carried out by the operator.
Abrapress provides an electrical enclosure, which is applied directly to the machine for working cycle and temperature management.
All machine movements are controlled by a hydraulic power pack which is also installed on board of the machine.
