Abrapress manufactures all moulds and tools necessary for the production of abrasive wheels in house:

• Wheel firing stems with wedges and springs

Moulds of all sizes are carefully manufactured to suit the customer’s requirements taking all necessary measures and selecting the most suitable materials based on 30 years’ experience in the abrasive industry.

In the same way, Abrapress manufactures entire tools for housing the moulds in the presses and under-presses. The tools are interchangeable with each other so that different wheel moulds can be produced on the same machine.
