Wheels stack clamping presses

The presses used for clamping the stacks of wheels proposed by Abrapress are real miniature presses that the operator uses to press the stack of wheels and plates (generally already inserted in the stem to be processed in the oven) and for the following addition of the stack clamping element provided by the customer such as nuts, wedges and special plates.

This type of press can be included within the production cycle of a normal press or can be simply used an independent machine: in the first case the machine is equipped with a separate hydraulic power pack while the commands will be managed by the main machinery. In the second case the machine is equipped with both an independent electrical control enclosure with the relevant commands and a hydraulic control unit.
