Wheels and plates stack unloading robot

More and more frequently, especially in recent years, the handling of loads and the management of repetitive cycles has been implemented with the use of Robots in an industrial environment.

Abrapress, always in step with the times, has designed machines that can best combine parts of processing lines previously managed manually and now replaced with robots to ensure reliability, quality and speed.

The machines described in this section manage the loading and unloading of the firing stems, first empty and then full of grinding wheels and plates, from a chain that conveys the carts used for the oven cycle of the finished grinding wheels.

The solutions shown are specially designed and fitted by Abrapress technicians to the customer’s requirements.
