Abrasive weighing systems

After the abrasive material has been mixed, a further sieving and weight control cycle may be required before it is processed in the machine and is inserted into the mould.

Abrapress manufactures an abrasive preparation system with controlled transport throughout the process until insertion into the mould. The control system used provides the correct weight of the abrasive through sophisticated controls and load cells along the transport from the mixing tank to the inside of the mould.
