Abrasive dosing system

The preparation of the abrasive mixtures before the mixing cycle, is much faster and much more accurate if it occurs through an automatic abrasive preparation system and the operator only has to refill the raw materials.

Abrapress offers fully automatic abrasive preparation systems with silos for containing the abrasive mixtures and weighing management of the outgoing material. All of this can be programmed using special management software that helps the customer by reducing material weighing errors.

Some applications of these dosing systems involve only the preparation of the abrasive and the following loading into the mixer is manually done by the operator. Other systems are fully automatic and involve the automatic loading of the mixture at the end of the preparation process.
