Mixers

Abrasive mixers can have different layouts:

• Single tank
• Double tank
• Tilting tanks

Each of them is suitable and specially designed for the type of customer-specific abrasive mixtures.

The basic mixer layout can be integrated with some subassemblies either for the loading of the components or for the unloading of the finished mixture. All specially designed subassemblies can operate in manual or automatic mode, as well as the process cycles can be operated in fully manual mode or in partially automatic mode. Abrapress always provides for manual operator control of the mixing phases by making the machine and operator interact, always complying with the necessary safety requirements to guarantee the integrity of the machine and man.

The rotation speed (rpm) of the tanks and shovels can be adjusted and the operator controls the cycles that can be stored in the operator’s panel for the repetition of the mixtures.

The lifting of the tank and cover are controlled from a hydraulic power pack outside the machine.
