Abrapress service to the customer ranges from the first steps of the abrasive wheel production up to the management of the packaged product ready to be boxed or sold directly.

The machine described in this section is intended to separate the grinding wheel from the separating plate and to ensure the rejects management and a remarkable safety on the finished product ready for the following packaging cycles.

The products that Abrapress proposes come in different sizes and shapes in order to best adapt the separation solution to the customer. There are machines that manage the entire cart coming from the ovens or only the single stack, other linear machines that are operated in partially automatic mode or machines with rotary table and fully automatic robotized operation.
