Wheels management and packaging machine

Abrapress service to the customer starts from the first steps of the abrasive wheel production up to the management of the packaged product ready to be boxed or directly sold.

Abrapress machines for the management and packaging of wheels consist of a rotary table where the grinding wheel is managed and a line where the pack of wheels is assembled and shrink-wrapped.

The wheel management rotary table can have multiple operating solutions such as: wheel hole cleaning, label or washer detection control, printing of the production date, etc.

The solutions shown are specially designed and fitted by Abrapress technicians to the customer’s requirements.
