Wheels overturning device

The handling of loads, with particular regard to wheels with moulds coming from the production process, especially large ones, has always been a limitation for man. Abrapress manufactures machineries identified as wheels overturning devices that can assist the operator in the preparation of the grinding wheels and refractory plates composition to be later transferred to the oven as well as in the removal of the wheels from the mould plate through the revolving movement.

The solutions offered are both simple transverse and longitudinal movements or rotational movements.

Load handling can be either manual or automatic.

Besides the overturning device, a motorized roller conveyor is also provided to convey the product outside the machine. Upon request an idle, motorised roller can be added to continue transporting the product towards the pick-up points.
